January 8 - Reactions to doing things daily

Thanks to all of you who shared your thoughts with me regarding what you are going to start doing EVERYDAY instead of ONCE IN A WHILE.  I will keep it anonymous, but I have to share your thoughts - they are great, and may give someone else inspiration.

  • Shave my legs

  • Take off my make-up at night

  • Hug my kids

  • Pray about work stuff

  • Eat at least one fresh fruit and veggie

  • Turn off TV by 9:30 p.m.

  • Read something uplifting

  • Do something nice for someone

  • Look up - at the sky

  • Smile

  • Write a sentence about something I am grateful for

  • Stretch

  • Use a new word
